30min-1 hour before drinking:
-1 Fish Oil Soft Gel
This coats some of the stomach with HEALTHY fatty acids, which could help prevent nausea and stomach irritation. Best when taken with a filling meal of carbohydrates and/or protein.
-Vitamin C supplement
Since you will lose some vitamin C when drinking, you can have a little extra stored in your body. Do not take too much though, since it’s more important to to take after drinking.
After drinking/Before Bed:
***Most Important: Vitamin B Complex
-Try not to take any supplements that are heavily liver-dependent the day of or at least 4 hours before drinking.
